The poster submission for the 2027 AI x Energy Summit will open in late 2026.
Poster sessions will be organized on both days.
The posters will be set up around 8:00 am on Day 1, and removed by 4:00 pm on Day 2.
All posters presented at the Summit will be eligible for one of five (5) awards. Each awardee will receive a certificate, a $200 cash, and a discount coupon for next year’s event for free.
The final poster is due at the conference. You will need to print your own poster and bring it to the Summit.
You shall print and bring your own poster (size 36 x 48 recommended; maximum size 4′ x 6′) to the summit.
We will provide a template in late 2027 for you to prepare your final poster.
At least one author per poster must be registered in order for the poster to be presented at the event and qualify for the Best Poster Award.
