Poster Submission deadline: December 31, 2026.
Poster sessions will be organized on both days. The posters will be set up around 8:00 am on Day 1, and removed by 4:00 pm on Day 2.
All posters presented at the Summit will be eligible for one of five (5) awards. Each awardee will receive a certificate, a $200 cash, and a discount coupon for next year’s event for free.

Please prepare your poster based on the template with a size of 48-inch Width x 36-inch Height.
All accepted posters must be uploaded to the conference website by March 1, 2027. The poster file submission link will be posted below on January 1, 2027. Posters can be uploaded as PDF or PPT file.
The conference will print the poster for you. You do NOT need to print your own poster or bring it to the Summit.
At least one author per poster must be registered in order for the poster to be presented at the event and qualify for the Best Poster Award.
