Before Driving to SDSU
If you are driving, the conference will offer free parking for all attendees in Parking Structures 3 (P3) or 4 (P4) on the SDSU campus. However, you must use the link provided by the conference to obtain a virtual parking permit before parking your car. We will send you the link to obtain a free parking permit at least two days before the conference.
Parking permits are virtual—you do not need to print anything. The system reads your license plate, so please be sure to enter your license plate number accurately when registering your vehicle.
Driving Directions to P3 & P4
Take Interstate Highway I-8 and Exit College Ave and head southbound
Take Interstate I-8 and exit College Avenue, heading southbound.
Continue on College Avenue and drive under two bridges.
Turn left onto Zura Way.
Turn right at the stop sign, then left into Parking Structure (P3) or P4
The third floor of P3 is at ground level.
Walking Directions from P3 or P4 to the Conference Site (5 Minutes)
From P3 or P4, Exit Parking Structure on the third floor / west side.
Walk straight across East Campus Drive toward the residential community area.
Cross Bridge: Locate and cross the large arched pedestrian bridge.
Enter Union: The bridge leads directly to the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
Find Venue: Enter the building and use the stairs or elevator to reach the second floor for Montezuma Hall.
By Public Transportation
The Green Line Trolley connects east and west routes to SDSU. You shall take off at SDSU Station and then walk to Montezuma Hall (2 minutes). See Trolley Map Here.
Buses stop on the SDSU Transit Center’s street-level mezzanine. From the bus routes—11, 115, 856, 936, and MTS Rapid Route 215—that currently service the campus, you can transfer to anywhere in the San Diego area. All buses on SDSU’s routes are “bike buses” and provide wheelchair lift service.
Bus and trolley fares vary depending on routes and passenger type, and exact fare is required. Some trolley ticket machines accept only $1 or $5 bills, and some accept credit/debit cards. The Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) offers Family Weekend Specials where up to two children age 5 and under ride free with any paying passenger on all MTS routes. Get detailed ticket information.
